We are partnering with a large, well-established FMCG organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused role supporting operations and supply chain functions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Working closely with key stakeholders across finance and operations, you will play a critical role in delivering insights that drive efficiency, cost optimisation, and performance improvement across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial analysis and actionable insights
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitoring key cost drivers including logistics, manufacturing, and inventory
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance financial performance
• Assisting with month-end reporting and management reporting packs
• Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making

About you:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a finance analyst or similar role
• Background within manufacturing, FMCG, transport, or logistics environments is essential
• Degree qualified in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner across non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
