A stable & growing food manufacturing business based in Silverdale, a company with a strong market position, long-term security & genuine opportunities for career progression.
About the role:
FMCG food manufacturing, based on the Northshore, this role allows you to take ownership of the night shift starting at 9pm. You will manage a combination of production & cleaning to set up for the next day.
Responsibilities include:
- Running the nightshift team, you are the most senior on site
- 50% production 50% cleaning / set up for the dayshift
- Health, safety & environment
- Operational process, performance & plant efficiency
- Stakeholder management
- People development, motivation & throughput
- Continuous improvement
Solid New Zealand-based management experience as Production Supervisor or Junior Production Manager, are confident leading & supporting teams in a night shift environment, you have held similar responsibilities previously. You are proactive, enjoy getting the best out of your people while providing positive results for your stakeholders. Communication & practicality are key to this role.
To succeed you will excel in:
