Andrea is without doubt a critical part of the Customise team. She has been in the recruitment industry for 15 years and previously worked in fast-paced secretarial roles for Lion Nathan and NZ Wines & Spirits.
After having her family she wanted to return to the workforce in a role that would not only give her the opportunity to put her excellent PA/administration skills to full use, but she also wanted to be challenged in other areas – working in recruitment has definitely done that!
